Registered users candidate can enter a biography into the OHRAG website and thus gain the ability to apply to the ads using these biographies, as well as to be contacted by employers. The right of researching the CV database only registered employers and HR agencies have. If candidates mark biography as active or if there is permission from candidate that CV is researchable, employers can contact (only in the case of commercial offers) candidates by researching this database. However, users of the site, when entering biography into database, can choose who will have the right to see it during the research (which level of policy will their biography have). In this way, each candidate will choose to whom will their biography be displayed, and from whom it will be hidden. Data can be hidden from all or a particular employer in the database of OHRAG website.

CV can be:

  • Shown to all employers
  • Hidden from all employers
  • Hidden from the particular employer / employers that candidate selects.

Candidates can use filled CV when applying to job, but they need to be logged in when applying.

Data from the candidates' CV will not be misused by the site OHRAG, or used for other purposes. Website OHRAG with the authorization system ensures that access to the CV is received only by potential employers and HR agencies; however, we can not guarantee that third parties will not, without the knowledge or approval of the site OHRAG, get data from the database. Also, the website OHRAG is not responsible for job offers that arrive through this base.

The user can at any time activate, deactivate or delete biography, from the database. Deactivated biography can be reactivated at any time. In the case of deactivation or deletion of biographies by users, OHRAG site does not guarantee that some employers did not save biography of a user from the time when it was active, nor that these employers or persons who may have found the data of the candidate, might contact users after deleting a biography from the database.

APPLICATIONS TO JOB ADS

Application to job ad, that is sending CV can be done in three ways, depending on the choice of the employer who published the advertisement:

  1. by clicking on the Apply button at the bottom of the ad (which opens a form trough which reports are sent to the mail employer)
  2. by sending CV directly to the mail address of the employer that posted the ad (also mentioned in the advertisement)
  3. by an external link that is posted according to the requirements of the employer (login requests visiting another site, leaving OHRAG site).

OHRAG site is not responsible for the content of the ad, which is set by the employer, nor for the further course of the selection process. If a candidate applies to some of the ads on the site, it is understood that:

  1. The candidate has read and understood all the conditions of the job application
  2. All information provided by the candidate when applying (in all documents sent) are true and accurate. Website OHRAG is not responsible for the validity of the data stated in the biography of the candidate
  3. Candidate agrees to site OHRAG contact him/her if outside classic advertising there occurs job offer that is similar to the working positions which the candidate is applying for.
  4. If a candidate sends references from previous employers or in their documents cites data related to other employers, OHRAG site is not responsible for their veracity or their origin. It is believed that the candidate is responsible to provide to a future employer a way to check this information (if necessary), but OHRAG site takes no responsibility in this context. The only exception to this rule is if the recommendation is from OHRAG site.

Website OHRAG does not guarantee that the employer or his representative will comply with all necessary procedures upon sent requests. That is, the site OHRAG can not guarantee that a third party candidate will send a letter notifying you of the outcome of the application, timely instructions that explain the further course of the selection process, as well as any other information on the selection process.

RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION

Contents that are located on the sites (primarily under the section "While looking for a job") are primarily used for informational purposes and may serve as an advice, however, OHRAG site does not guarantee that the outcome of their application will be successful. Sites and services that other sites provide rely on software, servers and other technical devices that we will not mention in its entirety and for some malfunctioning, mistakes can happen. At any time, we will try to remove them as soon as possible, but for all the losses caused by these situations, the site OHRAG will not be held responsible.

In the case of force majeure or events that site OHRAG could not know will happen or foresee, nor are incurred due to the guilt of website OHRAG, such as, but not limited to, hacker attacks or failure of functioning Internet network, the deadline from the previous paragraph will be extended until the end of the circumstances that caused the force majeure.

MAILING LIST

The members of the mailing list can voluntarily log in to the list at any time and can log out of the same. An anonymous ad can be advertised only if companies are registered in Switzerland and the European Union and don’t have a blocked account according to the National Bank evidence in the last 12 months. For that matter:

  • employer is obliged to submit signed and stamped statement to the website OHRAG confirming that the employer operates in accordance with the law.
  • anonymous ad is additionally charged.

REGISTRATION OF LEGAL ENTITIES TO OHRAG (WHAT DOES REGISTRAION MEAN?)

By registering on the site OHRAG legal entities will be able to post ads for jobs and research database of CVs on the website OHRAG and other benefits as registered members. Registration is free and available to all legal entities that are the visitors and users of the site.

During registration a user is required to fill out a form with information about the legal entity. These data remain in the records of OHRAG website and will not be used for other purposes. Registration is done very quickly and then you will immediately receive all the additional rights that belong to registered members.

EMPLOYER’S ACCOUNT

Communication with the applicants through the employer's account is used only to send the specified notification (rejection, invitation to interview / test, thank you note, notification that the candidate got the job).

It is not allowed to use employer’s account for any other purpose (sending promotional material, sending new ads to candidates, etc.).

Any use of employer’s accounts for other purposes will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use.

Account Administrator - there can be one or several administrators within one account of registered legal entity. Administrator has the right of access to all pages of account, that is:

  • access to all currently and previously published advertisements which were published within the account of a legal entity
  • access to all accounts within the account of the legal entity
  • access to all stored or purchased CVs from the base of CVs
  • creating a profile of legal entity on the site within the account of legal entity
  • access to all other information of the account of registered legal entity

Administrator has the right of assigning or denying the right of access to certain websites or to other users and approval of temporary access to certain sites.

Administrator has the right to change the user type in the account of the registered legal entity, or change the type of user in the administrator’s account and vice versa. Also, the administrator may grant or deny the administrator rights to any new member of the account of registered legal entity.

Website OHRAG is not responsible for the consequences and results of behavior of the administrator within the account of registered legal entity.

User is every new registered member of the account of legal entity that became user after the administrator. The user has the right of:

  • Ordering and posting the contest within the account of the legal entity
  • Accessing to the accounts of only those ads which user has ordered within the account
  • Accessing to only those CVs that are saved or purchased by user from the base of CVs of website OHRAG
  • Creating a profile of a legal entity on the website OHRAG within the account of the legal entity
  • Accessing to other information that the user has initiated or conducted within the account of a registered legal entity

Website OHRAG is not responsible for the consequences and results of user behavior within the account of registered legal entity whose beneficiary is also a member.

The guest may be any person who has obtained a temporary access to the site by the invite of administrator or users (via email) to access a particular page or part of the account of registered legal entity. Persons who obtain temporary access to the site have the right to:

  • use all the features and functionalities that exist on the site to which they gain access within the account of registered member

OHRAG site is not responsible for granting access to any page within the account of registered legal entity which is initiated by the user (administrator or user) within the account of registered legal entity.

Also, the website OHRAG is not responsible for any action or losses that may arise from the use of the option of sending a temporary access which administrator or user send to third parties.

ADVERTISING

Employers submit ads using the form for ordering ads. If all required fields of the form for ordering the ad are properly filled out and if the ad is complete, it will be approved by the administrator of the ad and then published on the website OHRAG

There is a possibility that before the publication of the advertisement it will be needed to coordinate text of the ads with a payment method. The ads will then be published immediately after reaching an agreement with the employer.

WHEN WILL ADD BE POSTED ON THE SITE?

a. If we cooperate for the first time: in the e-mail you will receive a pro forma invoice based on which you will make the payment, and the ad will be posted after the payment is recorded.

b. If there is cooperation in the field of advertising from before:

  • If all liabilities from the previous period have been settled, sent ad will be posted on the same day.
  • If the ad arrives after 14h, sent ad will be posted on the very next day.

Advertising Law does not allow publishing of ads that discriminate applicants on the basis of sex, age and physical appearance. Job title must be gender neutral. Also, the ad is not allowed to require certain personal characteristics of the candidate (such as, age to 35 years, pleasant appearance, non-smoker). Administrators have the right to adjust ad text in the terms of use and notify the client.

If the contracting authority is a legal entity from abroad or individual, payment of services to OHRAG site is based on the pro forma invoice and the service is performed only after the payment.

In the case where an employer wishes to publish a designed ad there is a possibility of prolonging its publication depending on design requirements and if a publish version is acceptable to the employer.

After publication of the advertisement on the site OHRAG an invoice is sent to the employer for review (for which the employer has 48 hours to report any errors). After this period the original invoice is sent by post to the address of the employer.

If it happens that the employer leases a package of ads or other services of OHRAG website (which intends to use over a long period), the employer is protected from any changes in price during the time of using a service.

OHRAG site is not responsible for the content of published ads that was commissioned by the employers, nor for the further course of the selection process. Therefore, based on the posted ad website OHRAG can not guarantee the quality of the applications, applicants or elected candidate or any other actions taken by the candidate during or after the selection process. Also, the website OHRAG is not responsible for any action or losses that are the result of using the services of website (predictable and unpredictable). Nor will be held responsible for any consequences that resulted from contact with third parties (other candidates or employers).

PAYMENT CARD

When ordering ads which payment is made by credit card, to the employer that has not submitted all necessary documentation for the publication of the ad, or it is not in accordance with the terms of use, site OHRAG will initiate the return of reserved funds but can not guarantee the rate of return since it is within the competence of the bank that owns card with which payment was made.

If there has been no cooperation between the customer who ordered ad and paid it with card and OHRAG website, and the funds were withdrawn from the card, the site OHRAG will initiate the refund of collected funds from its bank but it is not responsible for the rate of return because it is within the competence of the bank that owns card with which payment was made.

In agreement with the employer, the site OHRAG can keep resources and delay the publication of the ad until all necessary documents are submitted. Documents must be submitted within a reasonable time (3 months).

Profiles, basic, and advanced, on the page ‘’Meet employers’’, are intended primarily to candidates seeking employment. Basic profile should contain a brief description of the company, description of the process of recruitment and selection and expectations from future employees. By choosing advanced profiles, you get the opportunity to promote your company as a desirable employer by presenting the experiences of employees and benefits, as well as photos of your team, the atmosphere and the working space. You will also be able to promote certain activities intended to employment candidates through our profiles on social networks, and we'll show the "wall" with news from your social network profiles. Also, you have the ability to write why candidates should choose you, and post a video.

Employers’ profiles are not intended for the marketing of products or services, so those who have such content will automatically be removed.

CV BASE FOR LEGAL ENTITIES

By registering in the database of website OHRAG, legal entities are given the option of reviewing the biography of people looking for work. All data entered at registration will remain known only to the site in OHRAG and we guarantee that they will not be misused.

Website OHRAG is not responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the information presented in the biographies of the candidates for the job. Contact information from the CV database of candidates from OHRAG website should not be used for purposes other than to search for potential candidates for the job. Sending a group offer (not a job offer) to a large number of candidates who have a biography in our database is prohibited. If members of the base report that their contacts are used for other purposes or misused in any way, the site OHRAG will be forced to consider a restraining order to CV base, and contact information of candidates, to the legal entity that has misused the base.

As a registered user, the user - legal entity is entitled to point out that the biography of the candidate for the job was in the CV database website OHRAG and has no right to misuse OHRAG name, or the name of the site OHRAG in any context, or to use the contacts that are leased for any purpose other than contacting in business purposes.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

OHRAG Portal (hereinafter Portal) respects your privacy and is committed to the protection of all information you provide. We collect only the necessary, basic user information and data necessary for the business and informing the users, in accordance with good business practice and in order to provide quality services. We would like to introduce you to the following principles governing our privacy policy.

  • What personal information is collected on the site, how we use it, and whether they are shared with someone.
